FACTORS RELATED TO THE FAITHFUL OF PREGNANCY MOTHER IN CONSUMING THE IRON TABLET

ABSTRACT

The unfaithfuly  become the cause  of  anemia handling failure. This unfaithfuly  arises  caused by   the unconsciousness of pregnancy  mother  where during the pregnancy  time, they needs of iron tablet. This  research aiming to know  some factors related with  faithful  of  pregnancy mother  in consuming the iron tablet.

The type of this research was descriptive analytic  with  cross sectional study with the aim to see some factors influencing  the obedience  of pregnancy  mother  in consuming  the iron tablet  at the hospital. The subject of the research  and  the measurement  of character status  or  subject of variable  were measured  based on  the condition or its status  simultaneously in one time  in the representative sample  or giving the  chance  for the research to conduct the descriptive analysis  from the  researched  variable  by using  Chi-Square  statistic test with the significancy level  0.05.

The  results of research showed that there was a relationship  between  pregnancy mother  and the obedience  of  pregnancy mother in consuming  the iron tablet. There was also relationship  between  the pregnancy mother  with  the obedience of pregnancy mother  in consuming  the iron tablet at the hospital. Therefore, it can be concluded that there were a relationship  between the variable of knowledge, motivation, role, family and heath service  with the obedience of mother in consuming the iron tablet.
